Work Space Shelving

Did anyone else miss the first two weeks of August? Seriously, where did the days go? I can't believe it is August 14th. It's practically almost Christmas, and apparently, Halloween is pretty much tomorrow, according to every store that has been carrying Halloween candy for weeks.  What's up with that? Calm it down already.

I am completely in love with these work spaces and, specifically, the shelving.  It is so simple--and pretty darn functional for those of you who are into that kind of thing. (Wink, wink!) The other thing I am loving about these particular spaces is the transformation of a small space or wall to define the space. These offices, or something similar, could easily be a part of a larger room playing double duty. And really, who doesn't love a double duty room? In other words, most of us have no choice but to have at least one double duty room, so we better love it, right?!

  1. Perfect examples! We just bought a home and even though it is bigger then what we've been living in i still am trying to think of creative ways to have a cute "kid functional" and visitor friendly living space. We will have a little office with cute french doors off of the family room area, but convincing eric that his HUGE (translate: ugly monstrosity) desk has got to go is proving to be a challenge. . . . .

    1. Hubbies sometimes like to burst our bubbles, but really, just tell him to leave the house stuff to you...and then ask him nicely to hang up the shelves for you! Haha! Can't wait to see what you do with your new house. So exciting!

  4. I wish we were this organized! It always seems that horizontal spaces like shelves just get cluttered up around our house. It’s fun to look at such pretty work spaces, though.
